Synchronized software: Web Manuals combines with Air Maestro to enhance aviation safety

Published by: CAPA – Centre for Aviation

Web Manuals, the world leader in digital documentation for the aviation industry, has collaborated with safety and operational management solution, Air Maestro, to launch its latest software integration, set to improve the experience of aviation customers globally.

Nina Wedding, Product Manager at Air Maestro, says: “Prior to our latest connector, our customers were required to review and amend regulatory documents in Web Manuals’ platform, meaning that they needed to be reuploaded and redistributed in Air Maestro’s system. Now, we’ve provided the ability to view and download Web Manuals’ documents within our own platform, eliminating the need for document duplication and enabling synchronized folders, categories and alerts.”

Sofia Ekholm, Customer Experience Manager at Web Manuals, adds: “Customers can now benefit from synchronization across both platforms. The seamless integration of manual libraries will increase productivity, simplify decision making and enable more efficient compliance management. Air Maestro has been a Web Manuals partner since 2021 and the launch of our latest connector demonstrates our joint ambition of improving aviation safety through digitized solutions.

As we continue to welcome new aviation customers from across the Asia-Pacific region, advancing our product will be key to meeting their evolving requirements. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with Air Maestro as we work together to streamline safety and compliance throughout the aviation industry.”

Web Manuals and Air Maestro partnered in 2021 to build a partner community along with other aviation software companies. The latest software integration marks the first in a series of connectors set to add value to existing and new customers.
