For some time now, we at Web Manuals have been working on how to optimize our training offerings to help onboard our customers more efficiently, and encourage our users to feel more confident in the system, faster.
Soon to be available is our new training subscription service, Academy+, which combines interactive learning elements with video courses, quizzes, and other recorded content that will help our Admins and Editors to get up to speed with the system at their own pace. These on-demand courses will of course be supplementary to our existing live, Instructor-Led sessions to help you tailor your own learning experience.
