Winter is upon us, and the holidays are drawing near. We have had our last release of the year, now we have started working on 2025.

Q1 we are focusing on improving our Compliance Library features as well as finalizing our word import functionality, and preparing for XML capabilities.

For the app we are aiming to have version 1.3 and 1.3.1 out, we still appreciate all of the valuable feedback we have received which helps us make the app more intuitive, stable and faster.

What has been done?

This quarter has been focused on working on larger projects like our MEL editor, Word import, the App, PDF reader, OEM document management, MFA support, and Media repository.

We were very proud to release the Media repository in December, it was the end of a very long project and we are excited to see everyone starting to utilize it.

In October and November, we released our new Multifactor authentication support, as well as our new PDF reader and OEM document management.

The highlights this quarter have been: 

• Media Library release
• Abbreviations characters expanded
• Performance improvements
• Form results can now be printed from admin again
• Multifactor authentication implementation for use with app or mail
• Two-factor authentication support improved
• The “I’m done button” for reviewers allows reviewers to inform document owners that they have completed a review
• The compliance checklist API will now also return the External notes added to compliance connections.
• The integrated PDF reader allows PDF files to be read directly in our reader including all of the benefits
• OEM document management allows for bulk upload, control, and reading of these troublesome documents
