Tuli Shivute – Customer Success Associate
I was born in northern Namibia and lived in Harare, Washington D.C. and Windhoek, where I captained Namibia’s Junior National Basketball team for 4 years and was Namibia’s invitee to the NBA “Basketball Without Borders” international recruitment program.
I completed a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the International University of Management in Windhoek and a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Lund University School of Economics where I was Co-Valedictorian for my graduating cohort.
I’m excited to join Web Manuals as part of the Customer Success team and look forward to contributing my experience from media, business training, change management, mobile communications, banking and finance and software-as-a-service (SaaS) to the company and the team in supporting Web Manuals customers and Web Manuals’ growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading (business, philosophy, history, consciousness), social and cultural events, dancing and recreational basketball.
Kohlden Hochhaus – Customer Success Associate
I’m thrilled to join Web Manuals as a Customer Success associate for Web Manuals America! Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to San Diego over two years ago where I gained experience in tech recruiting and account management, along with my passion for the aviation industry, which has led me to this exciting opportunity.
In the short time since joining, I’ve been busy immersing myself in the company’s values and befriending my talented colleagues. Attending our bootcamp in Sweden was a highlight, providing valuable insights into our industry-leading software solutions.
I’m excited to continue my passion for the aviation industry on a global scale. I’m committed to providing you with exceptional support and innovative solutions!
You can find me skiing in Tahoe during the winter and traveling abroad in the summer. My time after work is spent enjoying my family and daughter!

I’m from Lund, Sweden. With a diverse background spanning software and hazardous waste management sales, I bring a lot of experience from various sectors. Excited to immerse myself in the aviation industry, my aim is to assist professionals in streamlining their manuals and compliance processes using our innovative software.
