Babcock Spain Becomes the First Helicopter Operator to Have Web Manuals for AOC and COE Approval in Spain

Written by Babcock Spain

At Babcock Spain, operational excellence and the safety of our operations are our priority. Our Operations team has been working intensively for several months on the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) Project whose main objective is to replace the physical documentation of aircraft with a digital format and provide tools that help us to carry out our work with greater safety, simplicity and reliability.

On April 1st the first milestone is launched, a document management application accessible to all members of our crews that allows them to manage the necessary documentation for their activity remotely, both in web format, and through an app customizable for each user.

For this we have Web Manuals, partner of recognized prestige in documentary management for aviation.

The total implementation of EFBs in our aircraft will place Babcock Spain as the first helicopter operator in our country to have this tool within our approval of both AOC and COE, for all fleets and operations.
