This month, we brought our GO DIGITAL user conference to the William Vale Hotel in New York, as an addition to our annual European event that takes place in Sweden.
As a company, our global presence has expanded to every continent. As a result, we extended our well received conference to the West Coast in 2017, and this year we launched GO DIGITAL for our East Coast US partners and users.
Designed to educate and inspire our customers in the world of all things digital, the conference was available free-of-charge. Attendees were given the chance to listen to inspiring lectures from prominent speakers within the industry and take part in our Innovation Workshop, which helps shape the future development of the Web Manuals system (approximately 60% of the suggestions made during the 2017 European conference were implemented within a year).
Speakers included some of Web Manuals’ key partners, namely Guido Fuentes and John Illson from Argus and Paul Cubillos from AvMaSSI. Also in hand was aviation lawyer Robert L. Lakind, who explored the complexities of US certifications and standards, including FAA regulations and the importance of always remaining compliant.
The Web Manuals team were on hand to give first-hand information on upcoming updates as well as valuable insights on how to make the most of the system.
At the conference, our customer awards were handed out, with Customer of the Year going to ACI Jet, Top Contributor awarded to PHI and Hewlett Packard winning the Rising Star award.
For our European customers, GO DIGITAL EUROPE will be taking place at Ystad Saltsjöbad, Sweden, on 10-12 September, and will feature product sessions, tutorials and demonstrations as well as keynote speakers.
