This Autumn marked a very special occasion for us at Web Manuals. We opened our first ever East Coast office in the heart of the Big Apple to help us be even closer to our fast-growing list of US clients.
Not only is it a big move for the company, but a huge change for myself as I will moving from our HQ base in Sweden to head up the New York office and continue our US takeover!
The decision to open a second US location was easy. We have doubled the number of our customers here since this time last year – in fact, our total client number has now grown to almost 200 – meaning we need an extra base to serve our clients, in addition to our around-the-clock online support offering.
Staying close to our Swedish roots, our New York office is situated in the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce event and co-working space on Third Avenue. The hub is ideally located for serving three of our latest signings; Paradise Jets, Talon Air and Tailwind Air Service.
Global domination is very much in our sights as we are opening a Singapore office in 2019 to serve our Asian airlines, training centers, business aviation charter operators, cargo and helicopter fleet customers. We certainly have an incredibly exciting journey ahead of us!
