Open Audit at GO DIGITAL
We used GO DIGITAL as an opportunity to conduct an in-person Open Audit for our customers in EMEA. Our Compliance Manager, Karen Hovgaard, presented the Web Manuals management system and compliance plans including attaining SOC 2 attestation by Q1 2025. All attendees were given a copy of the Annual Compliance Report 2023 and had the opportunity to ask questions to a panel of subject-matter experts including Director of Engineering, Mikael Norrman, and Product Compliance Specialist, Florentina Raducan.
Web Manuals launches the Trust Center
In September, we launched the Web Manuals Trust Center. It is an online resource for all stakeholders to gain information about our work in the areas of Legal, Compliance, Quality, Security, and Hosting. The Trust Center aims to promote transparency and create accessibility to important information.
