Ashley – Service Desk Associate
Ashley, preferably AJ, was born and raised in St. Louis MO until moving to Alabama to attend Tuskegee University. There she earned a BS in Sales & Marketing. After graduating she moved back home and began working for Jenny Craig as a weight-loss consultant. After taking on a variety of titles within the company, AJ eventually found her love for support and she moved to San Diego to be part of a newly established software support team. This move marked AJ’s beginning of her career in software support and training.
AJ prefers to unwind at home with carefully crafted meals she makes. After dinner, she will have an existential conversation with her cat and fiancé on the human condition and Overwatch characters. AJ is fluent in English and Meme.
Jody – Service Desk Associate
Jody was born in the UK and moved to south-west France when she was 11. She studied at the university in Pau and has a bachelor’s degree in Languages, Literature and Foreign Civilisations. After university, she worked as a freelance English teacher and translator and then started her career in Customer Service.
She moved to Sweden in 2011 to start a new life with her Swedish boyfriend and they now have two children.
When Jody isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has a passion for horse riding.
Before joining Web Manuals, Jody worked at Trustpilot in Copenhagen as part of their support team and Help Centre.
