Malmö Office – Sweden

Henrik Löfqvist : Sales Developer

Henrik grew up in a small town outside Malmö, called Lomma. In the summer of 2018 he moved to Västerås to conduct his flight training and finished his commercial pilot license in April 2020.

With a commercial pilot license and much enthusiasm for the aviation industry, Henrik is a great addition to our sales team.

In his spare time, Henrik enjoys flying a Cessna with his friends. You might peek him flying in the southern parts of Sweden during the weekends

Maja Milovanovic – Service Desk Associate

Maja was born and raised in Serbia, where she received a BA with honours in Economics. During her studies, she obtained her first customer service experience in the United States working at one of Boston’s five-stars hotels. She spent her gap year in China where she worked as an English teacher and traveled around Asia.

Last year, she moved to Sweden where she completed her MSc in Business Administration specializing in Managing People, Knowledge and Change. Her interest in aviation started while conducting her thesis project in one European airline.

After graduation, she decided to seek employment that would allow her to integrate all the previous knowledge, experiences and interests, while developing new skills in customer service. As a perfect opportunity for that, she found Web Manuals.

San Diego – US Office

Dylan Wilkinson:  Customer Success Associate

Dylan was born and raised on the central coast of California where his love for aviation and the outdoors began. He moved to San Diego after high school to pursue his career as a pilot which led him to many opportunities within the aviation industry.

Dylan spent the last few years working as a flight instructor and airline pilot based out of St. Louis, MO where he discovered his true passion for connecting with customers. His passion for building relationships and his love for aviation eventually led him to join the team at Web Manuals.

Aside from aviation, the ocean has always been an integral part of Dylan’s life which explains why most of his free time is spent in or near the water. Dylan enjoys surfing, snowboarding and the occasional backpacking trip in the mountains. What better place to enjoy all of those activities than beautiful San Diego.

Nick Karagiannis – Business Developer Representative

Nick was born in Harrisburg, PA and moved to Philadelphia to attend Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a degree in both Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Shortly after college, Nick moved back home to be near his future fiancé, Jehan, to support her while she attended medical school at Penn State University Hershey Medical Center. During that time, Nick realized he has a passion for sales while working as an Account Executive II for a marketing firm. After medical school, Nick and Jehan discovered they would have to move to San Diego for Jehan’s medical residency program.

Nick wanted to leverage his sales experience and marketing education to join a growing company that values its employees. This is how Nick ended up at Web Manuals!

Out of work, Nick loves traveling, fishing, taking photographs (for Jehan’s & his dog’s Instagrams), trying new food, cooking, attempting to break new PRs at CrossFit, and Netflix-ing and chilling. But most importantly, Nick loves spending time with his fiancé, mini poodle (Chip), and friends.
