Web Manuals Sweden AB is celebrating the company’s latest European customer win, as Zurich-based business aviation operator Premium Jet goes live with the Web Manuals document management solution at EBACE.
Premium Jet will use the Web Manuals application to digitize and distribute a wide range of operational and compliance documentation across the company, yielding significant savings in time and administrative costs and improved regulatory compliance. The process simplifies the rapid authoring, review, publishing, distribution and control of an entire manuals library.
AeroEx, the leading consultancy firm providing regulatory and safety expertise to air operators, was key to the project. AeroEx offers an Organization Management Manual (OMM) – a new requirement from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) – as a template in the Web Manuals application, which was tailored to Premium Jet. Thomas Henselmann, director of flight operations at Premium Jet, says: “Without the support of AeroEx and the Web Manuals application, we would have had a hard time meeting the deadline for transitioning into EASA.”
Web Manuals’ integrated Compliance Library enables compliance automation by allowing controlled live linking of company procedures to individual Implementing Rules (IRs) and acceptable means of compliance (AMCs) in the EASA regulations.
Henselmann continues: “With the new EASA regulation, each operator is responsible for continuous compliance monitoring. The Web Manuals Compliance Library is a major asset in meeting this requirement.”
Martin Lidgard, CEO and co-founder of Web Manuals, says: “We are very proud to welcome Premium Jet to the rapidly growing family of Web Manuals business aviation users. We will support the company in focusing on the outstanding service for which it is already known and look forward to playing a role in Premium Jet’s continued growth.”
