Let’s welcome a new batch of Web Manuals Certified Super Users!
On the 17th of September, we welcomed 18 trainees to our office before our annual user conference, Go Digital. We had 9 participants in our Editor Training session, and 9 individuals who took part in our Certified Super User (CSU) Training. The CSU training tests participants’ in-depth system knowledge through two hours of exams, and we are happy to announce that all 9 participants passed with flying colors!

Go Digital is fast approaching in Singapore!
Even though the EMEA Go Digital wrapped up in September, we are not done yet! Join us in Singapore for two days of knowledge sharing, product discussion, and industry networking. Before the conference starts, there will be two different trainings that conference participants can take part in. Those who are new in the system, or would like to refresh their knowledge can participate in the Editor Training, whereas experienced Web Manuals users can test their expertise with the Certified Super User Training!
Training Opportunities in the US
Q3 was quite a busy time for the US Academy team as we conducted 30 sessions, the most conducted in the US for a quarter! And with that a warm welcome to all the newly onboarded users.
