Service Scope & Delivery: Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. All services are provided on an hourly basis unless otherwise scoped and agreed in advance. Timeframes and deliverables will be confirmed before work begins. Customers must provide timely access and input (e.g. to the Web Manuals environment) to avoid delays. Any changes in scope may impact the delivery schedule or cost and will be discussed prior to proceeding. Confidentiality is maintained for all client materials and data.
