OEM Documentation Management: Redefining XML for Modern Aviation Operations

Rediscover the power of XML in aviation documentation. In this session, we explore how Web Manuals enables you to import, manage, and update OEM manuals seamlessly, giving your organization full control over revisions, compliance, and collaboration.

The challenge with OEM manuals

Airlines and operators often manage OEM manuals in separate XML systems or static viewers, creating fragmented workflows across Flight Ops, Engineering, and Compliance.

Yes. When importing, the data stays in its native manufacturer format, so there’s no lock-in and no data loss.

All compliance tools in Web Manuals work the same way with XML. You can track revisions, highlight changes, and ensure applicability down to specific aircraft types.

"We built XML support because our customers needed a simpler, safer way to handle OEM manuals. By combining the power of XML with the usability of Web Manuals, we’re saving teams countless hours while reducing risk. "
