OTAR Part-91 consist of requirements cover topics such as the operation of aircraft, flight preparations, and aircraft equipment maintenance.
Please note that the requirements of Part-91 also apply to all operations governed by Parts 121, 125, and 135, unless otherwise stated; with the exception being that requirements stated under each Subpart F only apply to the aircraft covered by the scope of the corresponding OTAR part.
Once the library is purchased, its individual requirements can be connected to specific headings in the manuals authored in the Web Manuals application. Such connections are automatically tracked by the application to ensure full compliance with the regulations and standards.
When the corresponding authority publishes an update for certain requirements, the Web Manuals application prompts the relevant users to make the necessary changes in their manuals. This is done in multiple ways:
- The Compliance Library view lists all changes and marks the outdated connections
- The Checklist view lists the outdated connections in a similar manner
- If configured so, the Editor and/or the Reader view marks the headings in red
In addition, all additions, removals, and changes made to the requirements are listed individually in the Amendments view.
The application can also keep track of requirements that have been documented and or/reviewed. Likewise, individual requirements can be assigned to the users that are to be responsible of them.
Please feel free to refer to our interactive guides or contact us should you require help with any of these features.
