GO DIGITAL is our annual customer conference hosted every year in San Diego, Sweden & Singapore.
Customers and Partners of Web Manuals can join the event.
If you’d like to bring a guest, please reach out to us at godigital@webmanuals.aero before making any arrangements.
The conference days are free to attend, meaning there is no registration fee for customers.
Partners are just as welcome but will have to pay a fee of 250€ per participant.
If you’re interested in attending the training day there is a fee for the training.

Note: All cancellations after 24th of August will be charged a cancellation fee of €95 + room fee
No, there is no cancellation fee as long as you cancel your registration before the 24th of August.

Ystad Saltsjöbad is the conference venue, where we will be on the 23rd for the Welcome Dinner and the following two days, September 24 and 25.
We offer a complimentary shuttle bus from our Malmö office to Ystad Saltsjöbad at two times:
Tuesday, September 23 at 17:00
Wednesday, September 24 at 07:30
To get to our office from Copenhagen Airport (CPH), simply take the train located directly beneath the terminal to Malmö Central Station. From there it's a short walk to our office at Neptunigatan 47.

The shuttle is complimentary and can be signed up for as part of the registration form when registering for GO DIGITAL. Please arrive a few minutes early, as buses depart on time.
On Friday, September 25, we offer a return bus departing Ystad Saltsjöbad at approximately 14:30, with drop-offs at both Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and Malmö Airport (MMX).
Transportation is selected when you register for GO DIGITAL. If you forgot to sign up or need to make a change, please reach out to us at godigital@webmanuals.com before August 25, 2026.
Yes, pre-payment for hotel rooms is available. Please note that Ystad Saltsjöbad charges an additional fee of 200 SEK per booking for this service. To arrange pre-payment, contact us at godigital@webmanuals.com before August 25, 2026.
