Please note: Guests from outside this context are welcome to stay with you in a double room booking. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate conference arrangements including food and other services included in the attendee package due to space constraints. Thank you for your understanding.

At the end of the conference on the 19th there is transportation arranged for all attendees to Kastrup Copenhagen Airport and Sturup Airport

Go digital 2024 cancelation policy

Cancellation Charges: Any cancellation after August 19th incurs a fee covering hotel room booking and related expenses. Responsibility: The cancelling attendee is responsible for the fee. Cancellation Procedure: Notify organizers via email at godigital@webmanuals.com; confirmation confirms cancellation. Refund Policy: No refunds after the deadline. Policy Changes: Web Manuals reserves the right to amend the policy and will promptly inform of any changes.
