This summer Erik joined the CX team in Malmö as Customer Success Associate. He studied a Bachelor of Science in business administration at Lund University, the same school where he later completed his Master’s in managing people, knowledge and change. Over the past few years, Erik worked with recruitments, building relationships with customers and helped them match the right candidate to the right position. He is looking forward to converting his previous knowledge into Web Manuals and the aviation industry, helping customers become successful with our product and services.
When not at work, Erik heads outdoors to play football or disc golf. However, Sweden also has its dark and cold winters, and at that time you’ll most likely find him playing board games.
