How to Print or Download a Web Manuals document

Print or download a document from the Reader


Prepare for print or download



  1. Open the document in the Reader.
  2. Click Print in the menu.
  3. Select whether the document should be printed with watermarks or not (if choice is available).
  4. Select if you shall only print this specific page or if you want to print several pages. To print all pages tick all the checkboxes next to each chapter. 
  5. Click Print.

Print the document
    


 

  1. Click Change under Destination to select the printer (if not already selected).
  2. Click at the printer you want to us under Local Destinations.
  3. Verify that the correct printer has been selected under Destination and click Print.

 

Note: Depending on your browser and language settings above screen may look different for you, but it’s essentially the same procedure.


Save the document as PDF






    


  1. Click Change… under Destination.
  2. Under Local Destinations click Save as PDF.
  3. Verify that Destination has changed to “Save as PDF” and click Save.
  4. Choose where on your hard drive the PDF should be stored, change name if wanted and click Save.
